A need to recruit an experienced Recruitment and Talent professional. This client is currently undregoing a period of posetive change. This role is an interesting 12 month fixed term contact. My client has gone through significant positive change within the last 3 months and have ambitious continuous improvement projects that they will continue to work towards over the next 12 to 18 months. As part of their transformation - Talent, Recruitment and On boarding is an area of focus. My client is eager to recruit an expert in this field to improve current practices. Responsibilities:

You will work to improve the current 'candidate journey' ensuring that from the moment a candidate applies to a role their experience is a positive one.
Upskilling managers and internal teams on recruitment, on boarding and talent management best practice
Updating and improving working practices when and where required.
Conducting face to face behavioural/competency based interviews with internal and external applicants
Monitoring a large number of applications, as well as headhunting.
Utilizing your team and facilitating their development
Reducing time to hire
Improving online candidate attraction initiatives
Taking ownership of the recruitment strategy
Working collaboratively with managers throughout the business including HR and L&D
Ensuring that a positive candidate experience is given each time
Increasing brand awareness via social media campaigns, career fayres & professional networking

Experience Required:

Recruitment experience (On site/in-house would be an advantage)
Experience in performing behaviour/competency based interviews
Need to be extremely organized
Excellent stakeholder skills up to Director level
Proven coordination skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong collaborative skills
