As a Recruitment Consultant working for us, you will be placing qualified Nurses, HCA's, Support Workers and other healthcare professionals into multiple Healthcare organisation's within the Birmingham & surrounding areas, as well as generating new business, retaining existing clients and account managing the full recruitment process.
This opportunity will be based within a newly opened office, which is a part of a large multinational healthcare recruitment organisation that boasts an office network of over 90 offices within the UK.
The Experience that we are looking for -
  • You will be an experienced healthcare/social care recruitment consultant that has previously supplied temps to local care homes - nursing homes etc.
  • You will have experience with the full 360 process - placing job ads, pre-screening candidates, interviewing candidates, completing compliance, BD, Client visits etc.
  • You will be money hungry - wanting to perform well and earn lots of commission!
  • Able to mentor and teach junior members of staff - build a team underneath you
  • Want a career progression path into management - become the Recruitment Branch Manager!
  • Have experience in placing temp staff into local authority and private healthcare clients
  • Have supplied temp staff via vendor management solutions companies such as DePoel/GRI etc.

The office is open & fully operational with business already on the go! Although this is a new office, this office already has large local & national client PSL contracts and vendor management contracts in place for you to come in and get going! - This is due to the fact that this office is a part of a national recruitment leader that has contracts in place with hundreds of clients that are already secured with agreed rates etc.
You will be a critical staff member and the business owners will rely on your knowledge and experience to grow this business and count on you to lead.
Although the business is won, you will still need to go out and introduce yourself and the business as a new supplier to there business, but the majority of the BD and back office paper work has already been done for you! . . . Not all clients have been won in the area - you will need your BD skills & experience to secure and develop some of the local care homes and care organisation's and win their temp supply from your competitors!
You will receive full ongoing support from our regional manager and head office support staff which offers a unique support function within the following departments - Marketing - Finance - Software -Compliance - Payroll - Recruitment - National contracts - IT - ?????? This simply means that you have a full team of experienced staff that will make your life easier and better - even all of the paper work, filing systems, CRM Systems and marketing materials etc. have been created & designed for you! How good does that sound?
On top of this, we also offer our bespoke recruitment training and you will be invited to our Head Office for an all-expense paid recruitment training. And ongoing support & professional development for you where/if needed.
In short, this position will need an experienced consultant who has all of the tools in the locker to be able to start this role immediately and grow this new business with minimal supervision. Ideally your experience will be more than 18-24 months, but we will speak to candidates who believe that they have gained the right experience to do the job in less!
