Facilities Management Recruitment Consultant- Birmingham, up to 30k!
Three60 Search are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic, privately owned recruitment firm in Birmingham; who are looking to add an experienced FM Recruiter to build upon strong contacts in order to grow the FM division.
Our client is a specialist construction consultancy, established for over 20 years and maintaining an excellent reputation throughout. Well-known for their network within Trades, Civils, White Collar, M&E; the business is now looking to utilise existing relationships and develop new relationships within the FM space.
With several existing clients requiring FM staff, the new recruit will have plenty to go at to hit the ground running, and will continue to further develop that thereafter. The right hire will be a real go getter, looking to grow themselves within the business, with perhaps Team Leader status in the not so distant future.
As a non-corporate consultancy, you won't be battling with red tape, and you will have the freedom to interject new ideas and strategies. Management work collaboratively with consultants to make sure everyone is happy, succeeding and has a clear idea as to what's expected.
You'll benefit from regular reviews, tailored training, your own business plan, constructive KPIs and realistic targets. Crucially, you will have the full backing of your manager, who has a long track record of supporting consultants to success and comes highly recommended throughout their career. You'll be surrounded by a team that really cares how you do, and encourages you to progress.
Salary bracket: 20-30k dependent on your experience and prior success
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm
Commission structure: Paid monthly, with a threshold in place after your first 6 months
- Minimum 12 months recruitment experience across FM
- Perseverance and ambition
- Genuine understanding of the importance of sales

- Full driver's license
