**HR Officer/Resourcing & Recruitment Lead, Perm, ??30k - ??32k**

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Officer/Senior HR Administrator to join a rapidly growing FS company based in the Monument area.

This is a varied role that will involve supporting the HR Director with general HR administration, owning the full recruitment function, as well as working closely with the Head of Operations to assisting with more analytical duties including extracting and preparing data and statistics.

Typical duties will include:

HR Administration

- Updating and maintaining the HR database
- Updating the HR database with new starters and leavers
- On occasion and in the absence of the HR Director - providing advice on HR related matters
- Annual processes including pay reviews and bonus payments
- Assisting the HR Director with general day to day HR administration
- Updating the database with salary changes
- Providing information with regards to company benefits


- Managing the end to end recruitment cycle
- Taking briefs from hiring managers, typing up full job descriptions and advertising online via company website and Linkedin.
- Managing a PSL of third party agencies
- Managing interview process
- Sending out offer letters and contracts
- Gaining references on successful candidates


- Supporting Head of Operations (2 days per week) with extracting and preparing figures
- Analysing figures and producing reports
- Preparing statistics for internal meetings

Skills and Experience required:

- ESSENTIAL - previous HR experience ideally from Financial or Professional Services
- ESSENTIAL - strong IT skills including good Excel and Word
- Happy to get involved in all aspects of HR
- Confident and professional manner
- Team player who is positive and personable and happy to "roll their sleeves up" when required
