Due to phenomenal growth within Adjacency Recruitment's Business Support Division we are now looking to recruit a Trainee Consultant.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant your role will involve speaking with candidates, conducting interviews, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and meeting with clients.
Skills and experience to include:
- Ambitious, motivated, enthusiastic, competitive, entrepreneurial
- Strong work ethic and social skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales experience (not essential, but beneficial)
- Graduated to degree level (not essential, but beneficial)
