We are looking for an innovative, energetic and passionate Sales person to join our growing start up in Central London.

Having spotted a gap within the Recruitment industry in early 2018, Doer Recruitment was founded. In a nutshell, what we want to do is make the recruitment process more efficient for both candidates and clients and therefore, help to save both time and money.

By engaging and working alongside a consistently high level of candidates, we are hoping to take the world of recruitment by storm. Having won a number of high-profile clients recently, the sky really is the limit!

Ideally, what we are looking for is a curious minded individual who can look beyond the standard recruitment agency route- a person who is excited about creating processes from scratch and someone who can help to create long term goals.

What the role will entail:

  • Working closely with and reporting to the founder
  • Building end to end Recruitment processes
  • Business Development- sourcing new, reputable and lucrative clients (both on the phone and in person)
  • Implementing new processes for data management
  • Overseeing expansion of the consultant team- from attraction to on-boarding
  • Supporting with testing and implementation of consultant specific technology
  • General administration relating to Business Development and Recruiting
  • Creating and developing the company brand
  • Building the working environment and culture
  • Creating KPI's, targets and metrics for both Consultants + the growing team as a whole
  • Up-line reporting
  • Building and developing excellent relationships with Candidates
  • Acting as a role model for the business
  • Ensuring the business is Compliant at all times

To do this you will need:

  • A proactive and independent mindset
  • The ability to work to targets and deadlines
  • Resilience and the ability to handle objections
  • The ability to be long term goal oriented
  • Proven Recruitment experience (Agency or in-house)
  • An entrepreneurial and leadership orientated mindset
  • To be confident and professional
  • Previous Administration experience
