Our client has a dynamic brand within the fast-paced Warehouse and Production Recruitment market. They have a settled team of experienced recruiters and tremendous growth plans for the coming year. They handle Contact and Permanent vacancies on behalf of a wide-ranging client base. They have branches across the region and have been established for 25 years +.
They are wishing to appoint a sales focused Recruitment Consultant to concentrate on placing candidates within this specialist sector.
You will be responsible for developing the database, selling the services of the company to local and national business and achieving both activity and financial targets set.
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism. You will be a people person who gets great results from building long-term relationships with candidates and client contacts.
Planning, self-management, tenacity and ambition are desirable qualities if applying for this role. There is an open-ended career path where you can set your own promotional targets.
Previous experience in a recruitment environment is essential. Industrial sector recruitment experience is preferred but not essential. You will need to have a full UK driving licence and car for this role.
