As part of this growth we are looking to expand the team that looks after East Anglia, based in Peterborough. We are seeking recruiters who have the passion to drive a personalised, bespoke service to our clients and candidates, with a particular focus across Cambridgeshire.

Our Peterborough Division
This role will sit within our Finance Division in the Peterborough office, which is currently managed by a Director who has a wealth of knowledge to tap into. Hilary Marshall has over 15 years of qualified finance recruitment experience in Peterborough; she is a market expert in the local area who prides herself on her reputation and her long standing relationships.
We are not focused on KPIs or unrealistic expectations and in a move away from the 'KPI culture' we actively encourage autonomy. We will however offer all the support needed to drive people forwards to achieve their ambitions. We pride ourselves on long-lasting relationships and a consultative and honest approach with our candidates, clients and fellow colleagues.
