Our client is seeking a highly motivated, agile HR professional to play a pivotal role in delivering day to day operational HR.

You will contribute to company strategy and ensure HR processes are being implemented and adhered to.

The role focuses on enabling managers throughout the Company to deal with people issues themselves in line with our business partner model. You will also be expected to manage/lead on complex employee relations casework as and when necessary.

The successful candidate will support in the underpinning of people management aspects of the business strategy: this includes embedding a professional, positive and supportive work culture in line with our values of services, culture and people.

Responsibilities include delivering best practise HR supporting structural, behavioural, capability and cultural changes using a pragmatic and commercial approach. Candidates must also possess:

Previous HR Manager experience

Full Driving Licence

CIPD qualified (level 5 or above) or significant relevant experience

Strong employment legislation knowledge

Experience of handing varied ER casework

Previous recruitment experience

Previous training experience

All Applicants must have the right to work in the UK

This role is primarily based out of the Head Office in Cambridge, however will require visits to regional offices as and when required and also offers the flexibility to work from home.
