Due to continued growth and success, our renowned client is now looking for experienced Resourcing partners to join their team at their Head office.
Working across corporate functions you wi be partnering with managers across the business to develop recruitment strategies and talent.
Reporting to the Lead Resourcing Partner you will develop new ideas to attract, recruit and retain the best talent. You will support on candidate management initiatives and interview candidates both face to face and on the phone. You will need to be able to work with a degree of autonomy as you will manage assessment centres and build ongoing relationships with external providers.
You will need to be able to work at pace and be able to prioritise your workload in an ever changing environment. As well as being able to communicate across all levels and not be afraid to challenge. You will need to be passionate about the customer experience, and be able to analyse data so that you can feedback to management and focus on areas of improvement. You will need to have experience of working with an in house ATS and also be comfortable utilising various testing programmes. You will need to be approachable and embrace change and be able to travel regularly across the UK.
