Onsite Recruiter/ Resourcing Partner

We have a vacancy for an onsite recruiter at the UK's largest Water company. Based at their Head Office in Reading, you will find yourself embedded into their culture and building relationships across the organisation. We are looking for someone who has a passion for recruitment, thrives in finding the right people for the right roles and ensures that the quality of hires is continuously improved

Here are the key responsibilities we do on a daily basis to make sure things are running smoothly:

- Manage relationships with key business stakeholders, HR Managers and Consultants and candidates
- Ensure we have talent pipelines and work force plans to meet the future resource requirements of the business
- Attend weekly/monthly meetings with the departments you look after, so you are kept up to date with their recruitment requirements
- Work in close conjunction with the other Resourcing Partners in our team
- Ensure that the end to end recruitment process supports a positive experience to our candidates at all times
- Write adverts and direct source to recruit qualified candidates from a variety of sources, including profiling and head hunting, sourcing via LinkedIn and various Job Boards, and networking (Both permanent and contract)
- Conduct in-depth telephone assessments of potential candidates through comprehensive interviewing and work history review
- Carry out vacancy briefings for each role to gain great understanding of our clients requirements
- Have a recruitment process set in place and agreed with each recruiting manager in line with Contract SLAs
- Managing an average of around 50 permanent roles at one time, as well as temporary and contractor positions within your business area

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role you must be able to prioritise your workload and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will need to have some recruitment experience, whether this is from an agency or preferably in house. Experience of direct sourcing all different levels of candidates and securing placements in short time scales is essential, as well as experience of liaising with external agencies and off site clients

You will need to be fully PC literate with MS Office and be able to pick up new systems to work with the internal recruitment system. We also work in a structured, process driven environment, so you will enjoy working to a process and ensure you are following the correct recruitment methodology and frameworks at all times
