Barrington James is looking for individuals to join our ever-growing team of Recruitment consultants within our HQ London Gatwick office. We are looking for competitive, confident and driven individuals, who are passionate about development, progression and making money and really have the means to thrive and succeed under pressure.

I am on the search for individuals to join the Internal Recruitment division, to begin your career in Recruitment in a collaborative and driven environment, to aid with the development of the 30% projected year on year growth of Barrington James.

Within this position you are essentially the face of the business, and are an integral part of both the branding and development of the company, hiring for our offices across Europe, Asia and the USA.

The main roles of an Internal Recruiter include:

* Source, interview and hire suitable candidates for roles through active networking, using both online and offline tools

* Direct access and communication with our directors to develop the business

* Networking with the best talent globally to find positions for our most urgent hires

* Generating innovative ideas on how to grow and improve the business
