With products we all know & love, and brands we use daily, the FMCG industry is a booming sector. The rise of Ecommerce, Digital & AI is playing a huge part in delivering some of the most significant business changes in the world. There's no better time to be recruiting in this challenging sector - why not give one of the most sophisticated and futuristic markets in the world a go?

Following another record breaking year at PIE, we're looking for both senior and junior recruiters to join the team in our brand-new head office in Amersham.

What will I be doing?

You'll need to be passionate about the FMCG industry with previous experience or as a consumer. You won't succeed if you're not excited about the space you're recruiting in!
You'll need to be comfortable calling people to discuss their careers and experience and ascertain what they're looking for next - and be prepared to consult with and challenge at times.
You'll be looking for new business opportunities within both new and existing clients.
You'll be driven by money, get a buzz from hitting targets and be passionate about delivering a great customer experience for both candidates and clients.
You'll enjoy maintaining and building relationships.

What we're looking for???.

Some FMCG Sales Experience - whether this comes from a B2B sales, Field Sales, Buying, Customer Account Management or New Business background - we'd like to see some appetite for developing gainful relationships.
Someone who is Customer & Brand Focused - wanting to immerse yourself in a market, learn & build a reputation for quality.
Initiative & Anticipation - be able to spot opportunities, no matter how small - and act on them.
Drive & Winning Mentality - to want to be the best and have a sense of urgency to achieve it.
Engaging Communication Skills - and the confidence to engage & build rapport at all levels.
Organisation - not just organising dates and times for others but able to formulate working plans for yourself and stick to them.
Team Orientation - to know what it takes to make the whole company succeed & how to play your part in team success as well as your own.
