We have an amazing opportunity for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our Risk Recruitment Practice based in Manchester, due to continued growth. 2018 has been a hugely successful year for the InterQuest Group in delivering exceptional results and empowering people and as a result a number of our employees have been promoted into larger roles across the business. 2019 promises to be even better!

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and developing strong candidate talent pools, generating new candidates through a variety of sources, market mapping and shortlisting candidates against our live client briefs within the Financial Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, Credit Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Regulatory Change, Governance and Actuarial Markets.

Ideally, we are interested in speaking to ambitious and enthusiastic individuals that have a natural hunger for learning, and would welcome hearing from individuals with previous recruitment or sales, experience that want to be part of something truly special and build a fulfilling and rewarding career in Recruitment.
