My client has an outstanding local reputation for providing temporary and long-term teachers, teaching assistants and SEND support workersto Schools in South Yorkshire.

They are looking to to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to run their Primary desk. This is a well established division with fantastic earning potential

Working alongside the highly successful Sheffield team, your role will consist of building strong and trustworthy relationships with school leaders and decision-makers across both existing and potential client schools in South Yorkshire. You'll have a strong ability to build relationships and provide a consultative approach to delivering a first-class end-to-end recruitment service to our hiring managers and candidates alike.

By using a combination of channels including social media, job boards, headhunting, career events and University liaison you'll be able to attract and recruit the necessary quality and quantity of exceptional talent required to fulfil the temporary staffing needs of our clients. This is a 360 role and will involve candidate generation, interview and compliance process alongside business development and client sales. Your ultimate aim is to provide ongoing and regular teaching and support staff to the schools in South Yorkshire. As a trusted advisor to your schools and candidates, it will be your responsibility to seamlessly guide the schools and candidates through the process from vacancy to placement and beyond.

One of the key responsibilities of the Primary Consultant will be to maintain this existing reputation whilst adding value and impeccable service to the Schools we work alongside. The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing and have experience working in the Education Sector, preferably with a proven sales track record but this is not essential. What is essential, however, is an ability to work hard, maintain professionalism at all times and work in a collaborative way
