Our client, a terrific and highly regarded brand within the recruitment industry are seeking to appoint a BDM / Senior Consultant to spearhead their growth into the White Collar Construction within the Yorkshire region. Based from offices in Barnsley, this is very much initially a sales role, as you grow the business and quickly grow and train a motivated team around you. On offer is a great package and the opportunity to become part of a continuing recruitment success story.
Focusing on white collar / skills & trades sector, you will be tasked with utilising your skills and experience to prospect and win clients in the Yorkshire region. This company are keen to promote and encourage on-site meetings and visits, so you can expect to be out and about visiting the clients you have booked. With the help of an administration team / resource staff, you will be highly involved in the advertising / selection / placing of candidates, ideally in both the temporary and permanent sectors. Another critical aspect of the role will be the attraction of consultants, interviewing, training and day to day management as you grow the business.
We are wanting to hear from you if you are an experienced recruiter, ideally within a construction / trades sector, however we are also happy to speak to recruiters from other sectors such as engineering / industrial. You must be able to demonstrate a stable work history and evidence of your business development skills. The role would suit someone currently in a BMD / Manager role looking for their next career move, or a consultant with some management experience seeking to make their next career move.
In return, you can expect a salary up to ??30k, car allowance, and a bespoke, lucrative bonus scheme which will be designed to motivate and reward.
