The Position:
The two key functions of a Trainee Consultant are firstly, selling the company services to prospective clients both over the telephone and face to face and secondly, delivering our high quality service and maintaining relationships. Other essential parts of the role are to pre-screen, interview, assess the skills of applicants, whilst matching them to our clients requirements. To also undertake client assessments, risk assessment and ensure compliance with quality standards.
The Benefits:
Salary: ??18,000 - ??20,000 dependent upon experience, plus an excellent commission scheme after full training.
28 days holiday per year (inclusive of statutory holidays), increasing annually up to 33 days.

Personal attributes:
To be a successful Trainee Consultant you will need to be self-motivated to achieve set targets and organise your daily tasks. You will have a professional approach to working in a team environment and be positively approachable in supporting a team of care workers. A key aspect will be your drive to succeed within a very competitive market place. The ideal candidate should have experience working within a health/social care and/or recruitment environment, good communication and IT skills and mostly a caring nature. Willingness to undertake training and qualifications to support and develop own skills.
The Company:
Bailey Care Services, a top 50 fastest growing company, are recruiting for a Trainee Coordinator at their Eastbourne office. Bailey Care Services are a provider of high quality care staff, specialising in supplying care and support workers to nursing and residential environments, and specialist areas such as learning disabilities supported living and Mental Health homes.
Hours of work:
A Coordinators' working week will consist of 40 hours with 1 hour's lunch break each day. On call duties out of hours are also included within the role as a shared responsibility with the rest of the team.
