I have partnered with a fantastic organisation in central London, in their search for a Resourcing Advisor.
This is an interim role, looking to be between 6-12 months. This will be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced resourcer who is now available on short notice.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience and be the first point of contact. You will take full ownership of managing applications for a variety of roles and creating a shortlist for hiring managers. This will involve engaging with both active and passive candidates, allowing you to immerse yourself in the market and gain fantastic experience in direct sourcing. From time to time, you may also engage with candidates over the phone and carry out screening calls. This will allow you to become a brand ambassador for the organisation and make a really positive impact in your role.
Before successful candidates begin their new role, your task will be to carry out compliance checks and ensure they have the right to work in the UK. This will allow you to work with the Operations and Comp & Bens team, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new starters and manage the latest market updates.
