Role Title: Talent Sourcing Specialist
Contract: Permanent and Full time
Start Date: Immediate Start available - will take into account notice periods for right candidates.
Salary: ??18,000 ( for entry level candidates ) up to ??21,000 (depending on level of relevant recruitment experience) + 20% bonus
Location: Northampton Town Centre

The Role - What does the Talent Sourcing Specialist role look like?
The Service Delivery Team provides an end to end temporaries Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) service to some of Reed Talent Solutions growing contract wins. As part of this RPO, you and your team will be fulfilling the client's temporary recruitment requirements across the Service Delivery Contracts Team. The purpose of the Talent Sourcing Specialists role is to accept responsibility for supporting the Talent Delivery Specialists in sourcing high calibre candidates to fill current and potential roles from clients.
The Talent Sourcing Specialist will cover all aspects of the recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates via internal job boards, accurately analysing job descriptions in order to identify key aspects of the job requirements and match against a large volume of CVs and also conducting telephone screening interviews to qualify candidates for relevant roles.
The Person - What makes a good Talent Sourcing Specialist?
- Experience of working in a customer or client facing role
- Experience of working in administration or in a call centre environment
- Strong PC Skills - MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation
- Be numerate
- You will need to have a GCSE in Maths and English Grade A-C
Recruitment experience is desirable
