About the role: We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join an already established and successful Subcontract division in our Central London head office. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to progress their recruitment career. The ideal candidate will have a real hunger and desire to succeed and the rewards and benefits for joining the company at this stage will be significant and will genuinely lead to upper management opportunities.

The role will suit someone with a strong professional personality, good on the phone, methodical, hardworking, and conscientious and a real desire to succeed in life. You will be covering our specialist subcontract civil engineering sector and working on jobs across London & South East regions, a warm desk where no cold calling/sales calls are required and you will be given close clients to service who you will continue to build and sustain relationships with.

You will either have previous recruitment or resourcing experience and keen to progress your career, or you can be a recent graduate from a Construction, Business or HR background.
