Recruitment Consultant (In-House)

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading, established Claims Management Company with a focus on financial mis-selling and financial irregularities, primarily Payment Protection Insurance (PPI). With over 650 employees and growing we are currently looking for an experienced and well organised 'hands on' Recruitment Consultant.

Specifically dealing with high volume Contact Centre Sales and administrative recruitment, you will be responsible for the end to end administration process from candidate selection criteria to placement of the candidate within the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Working with stakeholders in the Business to understand recruitment needs and ensure satisfactory staffing levels are achieved.
* Responsibility for all direct recruitment and agency recruitment associated administration.
* To assist in writing job adverts and ensuring that the methods of advertising is constantly evaluated to optimise success.
* Provide high quality candidates from a range of sources and manage associated administration.
* Conduct short telephone interviews to short list potential candidates and thereafter organise interviews on behalf of the operation, contacting candidates, confirming interviews and confirming places on the induction course
* Working with the Recruitment Manager review and enhance our current processes to promote the employer brand through various methods, social media etc.
* Work towards and monitor KPI's ensuring that we are facilitating a high quality recruitment delivery service to the operation.
* To provide accurate and timely reports on scheduled recruitment.
* Diary management on behalf of the recruiting manager
* After interviews have taken place you will assist with providing interview feedback and organising further interview stages.

What have you got to offer?

* Experience recruiting for Contact Centre Roles
* High volume recruitment experience within a contact centre environment, ideally from within a Claims/PPI/debt management/financial Industry.
* In-house recruitment experience
* Lead from the front and have an outgoing personality.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns in an ever changing environment.
* Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure, ability to work in a high-velocity environment
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Willingness to be flexible dependent upon the demands of the business.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office

Hours of work

This a Monday to Friday role contracted to working 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility is a key requirement of the role, dependant on business requirements.
