The Pertemps Manchester branch based in the city centre have an established team in place with a solid existing client base built up over a number of years. We now have a rare and incredibly exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Perms Consultant who can help complement what we offer to our existing and new clients. This will suit someone keen on professional growth and personal development, an individual who craves an autonomous yet supportive culture.

The position:

• Building the Pertemps brand whilst enjoying the freedom to work to your own style that you feel best maximises your own potential in your role, you will benefit from an non micro-management environment where emphasis is put on people, joint goals and purpose alignment.

• You will be able to navigate your way through an extensive existing Client base to get the Commercial ball rolling with your successful next step, building on existing relationships breaking into new divisions/departments.

The right candidate:

• Previous experience within a Commercial Recruitment Consultant role for permanent placements is essential.

• Being self-motivated and driven by service excellence, having the desire to deliver and be recognised thoroughly for your achievements.

• A proven track record of generating new and existing business.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• A ambitious team player who thrives in a bubbly environment and who can add value from a team perspective as well as an individual.

• IT Literate with use of Excel, Word , Outlook.
