We have a fantastic opportunity for 6 new Associate Recruitment Consultants to join our graduate recruitment program starting in the first week of January.

As an Associate Recruitment consultant will work alongside a Senior Consultant and be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to contract, temporary or permanent vacancies with current and prospective client companies. You will work with clients, building relationships to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and future requirements.

Summary of the Role -

What is the role of an Associate Recruitment Consultant?
?? Manage the recruitment process for customers by effectively matching suitable candidates to their vacancies
?? Grow current client relationships and source new sales leads to develop new clients
?? Achieve the recruitment process for customers; through effective matching of suitable candidates ensuring customer retention
?? Screen, interview and reference candidates to qualify against positions
?? Secure new customers through KPIs
?? Provide a consultative service to both candidates and clients
?? Create, identify and develop new business opportunities through phone and face to face sales
?? Attend meetings to sell and present our services
?? To fully utilise Rullion's database and ensure the data entered into the system is accurate

Your background?
?? Sales and negotiating experience
?? Educated to degree or equivalent level
?? Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
