Basic Salary dependent on experience, circa ??18-22,000+uncapped commission, on target earnings of ??35-40,000
Commission paid monthly
Bonus % kickers on commission for over target performances
Further target based incentives/prizes - e.g. iPad, PS4, Spa break, Trips abroad (including Norway, Japan, America, Brazil, Canada, Germany, USA)
25 days' holiday, plus Bank Holidays (circa. 4 days held back for Xmas period shut down)

Managing a specific market sector, taking over a warm desk.
Working as part of a team. Targeted individually and as a team.
Responsible for both candidate and client management.
Account Management and Business Development.
Generate new business by approaching specific Company targeted new accounts.
Full search and selection process provided to all clients.
Exceed the minimum KPI's set out by the Company.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Effectively manage designated areas of business.
Ensure the company database is kept up to date and accurate and that all information you enter is accurate. Ensuring GDPR compliance. This includes regular contact with all clients and candidates deemed your responsibility.
Maintain a high level of administration and personal organisation at all times.
Honour your commitment to the clients you work with by doing all within your ability to meet their requirements when entrusting you with a vacancy to fill.
Maintain the integrity and good reputation of the company and do nothing that harms or in any way defames the company, its clients or candidates.
Arrange interviews efficiently and accurately when a client requests them.
Presentations to clients. Visiting relevant industry shows/events.
Our core working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with 30mins lunch, we are willing to be flexible to a certain extent to meet employee needs. Please note that some flexibility will be required to meet client's needs and deadlines; as such the office is open until 6:30pm every day; and open later on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights.
We are ideally looking for an established, proven, successful B2B sales person or recruiter.
Those with previous recruitment experience should have valid reasons for leaving their roles.
MUST be a very well organised individual, able to multi-task and prioritise; with a high level of administration ability, customer service and preferably database management skills.
Someone who is confident and resilient, who can take knocks and get straight back up; with a positive outlook, who understands business to business sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Someone who has a good moral ethic, a high level of self-responsibility and who will honour client commitments.
Someone with an assertive nature.
Outgoing, with an excellent telephone manner.
Ideally a Graduate, but not essential.
Someone who would describe themselves as intelligent; as very much down to the individual, their personality and abilities.
Someone who can work to sales targets and is sales target and money driven.
The person needs to be able to account manage effectively and see that a high level of customer service is maintained; that there is effective relationship building with clients and candidates; that there is a quick turnaround on client and candidate response time; that administration and database functions are looked after accurately and to schedule. As these are paramount to success in the role.
