Because of the hard work and dedication shown by our RPO team in Northampton over the past 12 months, their has been an unprecedented demand from both local and national clients requesting assistance in fulfilling both their volume and niche recruitment needs.

Due to their ever expanding client base Reed Talent Solutions are now looking for experienced and trainee talent specialists to join them in continuing to offer both their existing and new client the outstanding service they have come to expect as standard from this winning team.

This is an amazing opportunity to for someone without experience who is looking to join this fast paced industry and receive industry leading training and support or for someone with prior recruitment experience who wants to work within a global brand and progress their career with one of the best known names in the business.

What's the role?

You'll be sourcing for candidates, writing job adverts and screening applications in order to find quality candidates to fill the roles. While you will be supporting a team of talent specialists in fulfilling our clients volume recruitment requirements, you will also be headhunting for more senior talent using various canddiates databases and social media in order to fulfill our clients niche recruitment needs.

This is a fast paced role, you'll need to source quickly so that we deliver an excellent serviced to our clients. with a focus on giving a great quality recruitment service to our clients and candidates.
