Recruitment Consultant - Catering and Hospitality
We are looking to bring in an ambitious consultant to join our successful Temporary Division.
We supply staff to a number of top hotels, Stadiums, caterers, venues and restaurants in the London area. Due to our rapidly growing business, we have an opportunity to bring in someone new to continue our success.
Previous recruitment experience is not essential but you need to have worked in the hospitality industry.
The role will involve:
- Client account management
- Filling temporary vacancies
- New business development
- Candidate management
- Client check-ins
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates
Strong admin skills are a must. The job will be demanding at times, so the ability to think on your feet and organise your time effectively is essential.
The hours are predominantly 8am-5.30pm Monday to Friday however flexibility is essential. You will be expected to work weekends when the business demands it, however you will be compensated with time off in lieu.
Starting salary is ??22-27k based upon experience with a quarterly bonus scheme, 28 days paid holiday plus a variety of other benefits.
