In-house Recruitment Administrator

South West London

Duration: 2 months + (with a possibility of extension or becoming permanent)

Start date: Immediate

Salary: ??10 per hour dependent on experience + excellent benefits

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm

Our client, a successful, international company with excellent reputation in the market is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join an in-house recruitment team of a large and very successful international company.

The role involves:

  • Diary management for the recruitment consultants,
  • Answering phone calls
  • Management of 4 different inboxes
  • Sending emails and contacting candidates
  • Arranging interviews for the Hiring Managers
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Assisting candidates with their enquiries
  • Effective communication with various departments of the company
  • Uploading documents to internal systems
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks and ensuring that data is recorded accurately and up to date.

Person specification

  • The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills
  • Previous experience in a recruitment environment (in-house or agency) is essential
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to go the extra mile
