The Opportunity

* Earn up to 40% of your billings in commission with zero threshold for the first six months.

* Working closely with one of Yorkshire's most experienced, positive and supportive Directors, you will work toward agreed and concrete milestones on a path to Manager level within 6-12 months (or at the point of achieving the set milestones - whichever comes sooner).

* When at Manager level, you will take the reins and drive forward a successful team of specialist recruitment consultants with a focus on delivering and developing their already well-established presence as contact centre recruitment consultant specialists throughout the region.

* The business is there with an abundance of calls coming in all the time for staff from Customer Service Advisors and Sales Consultants up to Team Leader Level.

* Make your mark with some of the biggest, leading, household names by delivering on high-volume requirements whilst maximising fresh opportunities with both existing and new clients.

* This is not a service only role and as such, requires someone with appetite to develop their own profile as well as that of the division and the business.

* Can consider an experienced and successful recruitment consultant from any sector.

* The training and on-going development is held in the highest esteem throughout the industry and if you would be making the transition from another sector, this can be fully supported. One caveat; You're motivated, driven, tenacious, professional and hungry to succeed.

* Experience of - or a genuine interest in - managing others. This would include personal development, performance management and the setting of key, smart objectives.

* The skill and will to combine operating with a 'no fear' approach to business development as well as the ability to effectively manage existing accounts; developing these from within where possible.
