- Develop new and existing clients.
- Build and develop a candidate talent pool.
- Provide a consultative and tailored service to clients and candidates.
- Meet clients and candidates face to face to establish their needs and individual requirements.
- Take detailed job specifications and competency screen candidates to ensure you make the right match.
- Manage the recruitment process end to end, delivering constructive feedback throughout.
