Associate Consultant to Director - Financial services Executive Search
Division: Either: Private Equity, Asset Management & Hedge Funds or Investment Banking practices
Salary: Above market Basic based on experience, Commission plan up to 50% and equity from day one.
The executive search firm we are working with was established to offer
clients a research driven search product to identify highly talented
front office professionals internationally, in their three core markets:
Private Equity, Asset Management & Hedge Funds and Investment Banking.
Positions recruited for range from Associate through to Partner level,
operating a tailored approach with all clients depending on their needs.
Since inception they have been very profitable every year of trading and have
grown organically. They do not believe in a volume driven or mass
market approach to their growth strategy (and recruitment strategy) and
will therefore look to grow the UK office to around 20-25 people, then
replicating this model globally. The next key markets for them to
further develop will (in all likelihood) be the US (from New York) and
Asia (from Hong Kong). Furthermore they will look to transfer
individuals who have been successful in our London office to lead these
efforts, to provide career progression and allow for cohesion within the
group in terms of operational standards and service levels.
