Due to company expansion, we are currently looking for Resourcing Consultants on an immediate basis to join our team based in our Central London offices next to London Bridge station.

Founded in 2000, Potensis is a leading recruitment company within the construction sector working with some of the largest construction firms and house builders across the UK. We currently provide recruitment services across four major markets; residential development, commercial construction ,social housing and trades & labour. Upon joining Joining the company you will begin as a Resourcing Consultant working alongside our current consultants where your daily responsibilities will include:

* Resourcing: Using job boards, in-house databases, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn to find the best quality candidates to present to our clients.

* Qualifying: Approaching potential candidates you will be assessing their suitability for the roles and requirements of our clients.

* Feedback: Ensuring that all of the candidates we represent receive a first class service from start to finish and have been represented by an exemplary company within the construction recruitment field.

In addition to your duties as a Resourcing Consultant you will also receive further training aimed at increasing your knowledge of recruitment and the construction industry so that you are able to progress within your career here at Potensis. Potensis have developed a successful training programme through which our current Consultants and Managers have progressed, this includes but is not limited to:

* Potensis Recruitment Processes

* Permanent, Contract and Temporary Recruitment

* Managed Accounts

* Blue and White Collar Roles

* Candidate Management

* Legislative Compliance

* Job Advert Optimisation

Upon completion on this training you will be able to move up in to a consultant level role, with all the tools necessary to succeed in this role and earn uncapped commission on the placements that you make.

Experience within a sales or customer focussed role would be beneficial but not essential.
