NonStop Recruitment is currently looking for ambitious new candidates to join our Canary Wharf office as Trainee Recruitment Consultants and develop their careers. No recruitment experience is necessary; you just need to have drive, and an ambition to carve a successful career in a growing organisation. You will receive on the job training from some of our highest performers and as such, you will be able to hit the ground running from Day 1.

Your job will be to provide organisations that are looking for employees with the best possible people for the job. As such, you will build up a network of clients and candidates which will rely on you to tell them about the best opportunities on the market. You can expect to develop your commercial, negotiation, and communication skills as you will be responsible for the whole process, from the initial dialogue with the client to finalising the candidate contracts. Due to the commercial nature of this role, your salary package will be a combination of basic salary and commission, but you can expect to earn up to GBP 40.000 in your first year with us.
