Lead Resourcing Business Partner
We are actively seeking a Lead Resourcing Business Partner on a 6-9 month fixed term contract to support our Loughborough Contact Centre.
The Lead Resourcing Business Partner is responsible for leading the Resourcing Consultant & Advisor to drive the delivery of operational resourcing plans for Loughborough as part of the Resourcing Centre of Excellence. Providing day to day team leadership and direction, ensure workload and priorities are clear in order to operationalise bespoke recruitment solutions which ensure that the most relevant, high quality internal/ external candidates are identified and selected for current and future roles. Act as the initial point of escalation and resolution for any issues with resourcing channels, internal customers and external suppliers (agencies) supporting resourcing.
Be responsible for people management of a team of 2, the Lead Resourcing Business Partner will continuously ensure quality standards are achieved and the team is aligned in the right way to maximise performance and potential. This will include establishing and driving development and training plans as well as coaching and mentoring team members.
Do you have?
- Experience of Team Management within a multisite environment;
- Vendor Management experience including PSL management, service escalations and negotiations;
- Coaching and mentoring experience within a Resourcing environment;
- Experience of developing and executing highly complex attraction plans;
- REC or CIPD qualification.
This role sits within a larger Centre of Excellence resourcing team and as such occasional travel to other sites and overnight stays are required.
