We are looking for a recruitment consultant to work on our Permanent Division, focusing on part-qualified and qualified roles with basic salaries in the region of ??30,000 - ??100,000.
Working closely with our successful and well-established Contract & Interim Division, you will be the main point of contact for all permanent recruitment with full access to all our clients / contacts.
Ideally you will have 1-2 years+ recruitment experience and will have a full understanding of the 360 degree recruitment cycle including candidate sourcing, business development and management of the full process through to successful completion . We are looking for an ambitious and credible recruitment consultant to drive the success of our permanent finance and accountancy division.
Desired Skills & Experience
This role would be well-suited to an individual with a solid grounding in financial recruitment or a similar discipline. Perhaps a recruitment consultant who has worked within a large, corporate structure and is now looking for the opportunity to develop their business in a more flexible, entrepreneurial environment; and take home a larger share of their revenue.
