We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join us at an early stage in our growth and to go on the journey with us as a team.
We have the luxury of not having to do any Business Development due to a constant influx of new customers coming into the team, meaning as a recruiter, you can focus on being the best partner to your customers and provide them with the level of service we pride ourselves on.
Although we are a small start-up, being part of a larger group means we are able to offer more in the way of ongoing support/development and growth opportunities, with equity on the table for the right people.
So, what do we want from you?
In short, we are looking for someone who has the raw capabilities of a Recruiter or Senior and is looking to hone their capability. We have customers you can get involved with and manage immediately, so a track record of owning customers relationships at a high level whilst being able to deliver on their active roles is essential.
Ideally, you will have hired across multiple disciplines, but we are able to offer training around sector specifics, so we aren't too fussy on the vertical.
What's more important is that you are someone can manage their time effectively, wants to earn more money and work within an adult environment where everyone is driving towards a common goal.
Our culture is that of success, and rewarding that, so we put on quarterly billers' clubs, Monthly Lunch targets and various other incentives. Aside from this we do have one of the best commission structures, so if you are driven by financial reward, we'd love to explain how that works to see if you'd be earning more with us.
Ultimately this is about removing all of the negative parts of the typical recruiter role we didn't enjoy and creating a company and culture that benefits and grows through this.
