Recruitment Consultant - Change & Transformation
We are currently looking for a Change & Transformation Recruitment Consultant, to join a team who is on target for a record breaking 2018!
Opportunity & Team;
The successful candidate would have the opportunity to own and grow a sector within the Change & Transformation space, and have warm accounts from day one. We have a number of clients to be developed - a huge opportunity for someone to grow these into big accounts.
The aim for this person is to build a team around them in one of the areas mentioned below;
The team covers a wide remit;
- Operations, Organisational change, Process improvement
- Regulatory, Risk, FinCrime & Compliance Change
- IT, Systems Change
- Finance Change
- HR Change
Across a number of sectors;
- Investment Bank
- Buy-Side, Asset Management
- Retail Banking
- Commerce & Industry
We are looking for a Consultant with 2 years+ Recruitment experience (we are open to industry background) to network across and build relationships within our current client base whist driving business development and winning new clients. You should expect a combination of working on existing roles and winning new business of around a 50/50 split, so we do need someone proactive as well as relationship building focussed.
The team lead & top biller will be on hand to mentor and shape your career as you navigate this market. However, if you can bring any pre-existing relationships, this will only help you to hit the ground running quickly!
You will need a proven track record of building a desk, driving business development and growing existing accounts.
We have a strong benefits / incentive scheme as well as a very competitive commission and salary package. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and success.
