BeecherMadden offer a 6 month intensive training program for Trainees. We have multiple roles available in our London office for people with sales experience.
We recruit cyber security roles and have positions available in our UK Perm division and our UK based team who recruit into America with the chance to move to New York.
We work with senior, specialist candidates who earn a lot of money. This is a professional sector, with clients and candidates who expect a lot from us to find them hard to find candidates. The great news is that we are ahead of the game we have been doing Cyber longer than most agencies and we are well known as a specialist in the market.

You will start straight away as a 360 recruiter doing candidate and client work, working with a mentor and learn the market by sourcing candidates initially and taking them to market.
Your mentor will teach you everything on desk that you need to know and will work one on one with you for those 6 months while you complete our intensive structured 6 month training program lead by our Learning and Development Director. In addition to this we have an online e-learning platform if you want to learn even more, additional training is at your finger tips.
Day to day you will spend a lot more time in the office to begin with, working your way up to a lot more face to face client interaction on-site.
