Senior Recruitment Consultant-Change & Transformation
Following another successful year our Change & Transformation Team are looking to hire an additional Senior Recruitment Consultant.
The current team consists of
- Team lead/ Principle consultant (Banking Change) ,
- Associate consultant (supporting Joe) ,
- Consultant x2 ( PMO, HR Change & Procurement) + (Asset Management)
C&T have had year-on-year growth since it's infancy and are on course for a record breaking 2018.
The team is currently 129% of target for the year with 2 of the 3 consultants qualifying for our annual incentive trip in Croatia and the 3rd not far behind.
The team covers a wide remit:
- Operations, Organisational change, Process improvement
- Regulatory, Risk, FinCrime & Compliance Change
- IT, Systems Change
- Finance Change
- HR Change
Across a number of sectors:
- Investment Bank
- Buy-Side, Asset Management
- Retail Banking
- Commerce & Industry
We are key suppliers to a number of big name, high volume accounts and clients.
We are looking to hire Senior consultants who have either previously, or are looking to recruit within the Change and Transformation space.
The successful candidates would have the opportunity to:
- Own and grow a sector within C&T and have warm accounts from day one.
- We have a number of clients that are underutilised with huge opportunity to grow into big accounts. We need a consultant to network across and build relationships within our current client base whist driving business development and winning new clients.
- The opportunity and growth potential is huge with the aim to build a team around each consultant in one of the areas mentioned above.
The team lead for this department isa also a global top performer withinthe global brand and will be on hand to mentor and shape this persons career as they navigate this market!
