The company has offices in several European countries such as England, Germany, France and Austria with plans to expand in three other European countries in the coming years. The role being offered is to work in the company's flagship office based in London's financial sector. As well as offering an extensive and ongoing training programme the successful candidate will also be rewarded with an opportunity to be placed into the companies leading sales team. The company places procurement and energy commodities personnel into some of the UK's largest companies across a variety of sectors.

The requirements of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant :
The successful applicant will ideally have previous B2B sales experience however it is not essential. We are looking for new graduates who have shown drive and motivation to begin a career within the Recruitment industry. Candidates must have a university degree of at least a 2:2 and display excellent communication skills. The ability to handle a fast paced and professional environment is necessary.
