Recruitment Consultant - Perms

- Up to ??35,000 D.O.E

Run by directors who are still billing, they are in the office alongside their group of consultants, the company and its directors pride themselves in being hands-on, their motivation and expertise has allowed them to grow and there is no sign of stopping.
They know how important transparency and support is in the world of recruitment, and are there to help you grow and develop. They offer 1:1 weekly sessions along with a monthly group review with the team, with the chance of going on a fully expensed weekend break with the team.
As mentioned earlier, the company is growing and the directors are looking to add a perms consultant to join the team. You will be a 360 recruitment consultant, placing people into permanent positions. Our client is prepared to cross train consultants from similar sectors.

Please note, you must have at least 1 years' experience as a permanent consultant.
