The Role

A 360-degree Specialist Recruitment Consultant role.

You will be developing existing relationships and opening new client accounts.

Consulting with clients to identify, source, filter and deliver top talent through our network and innovative tools and market insights.

Expanding our candidate networks, sourcing, identifying and tracking top talent for our clients.

The requirement for the Role

You will need proven success within an agency-based recruitment role.

Have an ability to build meaningful and long and lasting business relationships.

Have the desire to go the extra mile and be the best you can be.

Be the "go to" person for your client's recruitment needs.

Have strong written and verbal communications.

Be organised and have the ability to multi-task and think outside the box.

Have an ability to research, information gather and provide problem-solving innovative solutions for both candidates and clients.
