Yes you read it right, you don't need experience to do this role, just lots of drive, self-belief and commitment.

We are a well-established recruitment consultancy with over 80 years combined experience gained by the founding directors. We are looking for people that want a career and not a job and can offer the successful applicants a genuine meritocracy, whereby you get promoted and pay rises based purely on achievement and not by passing exams or by being in the business the longest. Those best suited to this role are the ones that are the organisers in their group of friends, the ones that see the world as it could be rather than as it is. Those that feel they have untapped skills and potential, but after finishing their degree are still unsure where to channel their drive. If you have an entrepreneurial flair, but haven't found the right home, then we would like to talk to you. We offer excellent on the job training, a fun working environment and a genuine chance to generate an income far in excess of your friends.

If you are looking for a 9-5 easy life, then do not apply. We want those that want to make something of their lives and be in control of their own destiny. If you would like to find out more about the life of a recruitment consultant with us, then please submit your cv with a covering letter that answers the following 6 questions

1) Why we should consider you application above all others?

2) A brief description of the most challenging thing you have had to deal with in your life so far

3) What is the most entrepreneurial thing you have ever done?

4) What is your greatest achievement so far?

5) What motivates you?

6) If you had a blank piece of paper and could describe your future career path, what would it look like?
