Recruitment Consultant - Part Time - Work from home
Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager - Part time (3 or 4 days per week)*
??18,000 - ??25,000 pro rata plus bonus
Work from home (you must be Nottinghamshire based)
Kinetic Office Recruitment provides permanent and contract office-based recruitment in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
We specialise across all areas and at all levels of office based recruitment, including: Admin / Secretarial, Sales / Customer Service, New Media / Creative, Accountancy, Graduates, IT, Marketing etc.
We are an independent employment agency providing a more personal, professional service to both businesses and potential employees.
Duties will include:
- Application management
- Pre-screening candidates over the telephone or via video calls (Whatsapp / Facetime / Skype)
- Registering pre-screened Candidates face to face and preparing them for interviews
- Answering in-coming calls
- Identifying and targeting new clients (we are not target driven)
- Account managing and servicing existing clients with their recruitment requirements.
- Sourcing candidates using a variety of different methods
- Work from home
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata'd (including Christmas closure)

The ideal candidate will:
- Have a solid background within Recruitment
- Be self-motivated
- Have a mature attitude
- Be driven and hard working
- Be able to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have space to work from home with internet access
- Have a driving licence and own a car
- *Be able to cover full time when needed
