As part of Paterson Recruitment's growth strategy, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Consultant to join our well-established team in the Aylesbury Branch.
The focus of this role will be to drive new business opportunities into the Commercial and Business Support sector across Aylesbury and surrounding area through fostering relationships, client visits and sales calls. As well as this, the successful candidate will oversee and support the growing team in their business development and sales endeavours.
We are looking for a driven, proactive and resilient professional who is focused on delivering the best possible results every day, and who enjoys balancing team management with running their own recruitment desk within a successful local business.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, coupled with commercial acumen and most importantly a great sense of humour! You will have the ability to motivate and mentor a team towards their goals and KPIs.
In return you will rewarded with a basic salary between ??25,000 - ??30,000 and a generous commission structure. We offer a fun and engaging work environment, as well as training and a genuine chance to progress your career.
