Recruitment Consultant - Move from Sales
South West London
Global Specialist Consultancy
??Basic Salary + commission + bonus + benefits

We're on the lookout for experienced sales candidates looking to make the move into recruitment. Were a global specialist consultancy, headquartered in Wimbledon (with offices in New York and San Francisco) - we're going through significant growth over the next few years and have a strategy in place for up-skilling and propelling experienced sales people through our training programme.

Why move from sales into recruitment?

  • People - Recruitment is the only sales role where you're not selling products or services on a daily basis, you are selling, working with and meeting people on a daily basis - and your "product" is changing constantly
  • Earning potential - our commission structure is uncapped, there's no limit to what you earn. With our commission structure up to 30%, there's great money to be made (average billings for an experienced consultant are within ??200 - 300k)
  • Your skills - you'll immediately bring a transferable skill set, you've got the skills and experience to deal with rejection, cold calling, negotiation and much more - these are the key elements of recruitment and so you'll find yourself hitting the ground running!
  • Progression - Our business has a clear career road map with easy to understand targets from day one you'll know exactly how to progress all the way up to Director level.
  • Global opportunities - Within our business you will have the opportunity to relocate to the US (with more countries soon to be ones that we consider)

You've already got the communication skills, a strong work ethic, money motivation and personality - so if you'd be interesting in hearing more about a career in Recruitment please submit your profile via the 'Apply Now' button to send your CV to Charlie Waterman at Harnham.
