Our market leading IT recruitment business provides clients with highly skilled IT specialists for contract and permanent roles, and the very best executive talent for board level and senior IT appointments. Technical Recruitment - Business Unit Overview

Our dedicated teams of consultants focus on specific technical areas and provide real-time consultancy advice and rapid access to the very best candidates. These teams are Development, Infrastructure / Support, Project Management / Business Analysis, SAP (UK) and Voice and Data. The majority of the current Work in Progress is on a contingency basis, although the methodologies employed incorporate Search, Selection and Advertised Searches.

Overview of role

To win, deliver and develop Technical Recruitment business within a specific technical domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate fees of ??10k (Perm) per month
  • Maintain personal contractor base in excess of 5 - 15 for 3 months
  • Generate new business opportunities for self and Harvey Nash
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly business forecast
  • Manage business pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly & annual budgetary requirements
  • Enforce cross divisional relationships & communication
  • Develop Client Base
  • Support Corporate Accounts when requested

Level of experience

  • Good technical understanding for your given vertical
  • Demonstrable track record of winning & delivering new business across vertical market

  • 350 Calls for Contract and 200 for Perm per week
  • 10 CV's sent per week
  • 15 Leads a week
  • 50 Manager's names a week for Contract
  • 20 Manager's names a week for Perm
