About the Role
Having recently expanded our team into a new office in London we are looking for high performance recruitment consultants with a track record for overachievement and impressive billings to become Executive Search Consultants and engender the growth within this team. In this role, you will not only be responsible for delivering to the requirements of our many existing PSLs, but also for establishing new business accounts, growing our presence within our clients globally and contributing to the growth of the team- potentially by stepping into managerial positions in the not- too- distant future.

All candidates must have at least 18 months experience as a Recruitment Consultant (doesn't need to be Executive Search experience) in which you have been responsible for business development (not just resourcing).
- B2B sales experience
- Candidate sourcing, qualification, and relationship management
- Quantifiable sales performance where you have been on or above target
- Experience in growing and managing high performance recruitment teams
-Experience recruiting into the accountancy market
