My Welwyn Garden City based client is looking to recruit a Resourcing Specialist on a 6 month FTC with possibility of an extension or permanent role.

Talent Resourcing Specialist to local and global leaders
Work in collaboration with the Resourcing Partner to consult, advise, coach, and partner with local and global functional leaders on Resourcing needs
Work in collaboration with the Resourcing Partner to develop and drive local (and some global) Resourcing initiatives that meet key business needs
Develop a deep understanding of the external market and act as a Brand Ambassador , representing the business, where appropriate, at external events.

The Role....

Responsible for sourcing, assessing and managing candidates through to offer stage.

Act as a Brand Ambassador, where appropriate representing the business at appropriate conferences and symposiums and ensuring all activities, communications and actions meet both the external and internal employment value proposition

Partner with the Resourcing Partner to understand global & local Resourcing requirements and ensure alignment with business and HR initiatives, collaborating and providing feedback on implementation.

Partner with the Resourcing Partner to identify talent issues before they affect the business. Act as a talent scout for external talent for local and global key positions.

Supporting the movement of talent within the by building strong networks with our partners in other divisions.

Identify successors for own role and where appropriate responsible for their development in conjunction with their manager.

Have an understanding of the whole UK organisation to align own business , processes & initiatives to the bigger picture.

Shares knowledge of internal and external market within HR both globally and locally to develop understanding of business needs, local and global HR challenges and help to facilitate solutions.

Identify, define and implement Resourcing solutions that address the needs of the business whilst taking into account the broader implications.

Successfully align and execute local and global HR recruitment processes and decisions and ensure meaningful communications
