A growing commercial business, that is going through a large transformation is recruiting for a Resourcing Manager, who will provide a resourcing strategy and plan, support and deliver on the business priorities of attracting, selecting, recruiting and retaining the best talent.
Proactively partnering the business, developing and leading the delivery and maintenance of an overall recruitment and resourcing approach and plan, that meets the needs of the business
Creating, developing and implementing an Employer brand and attraction approach
Developing and building hiring managers capabilities, providing support and guidance to ensure the best candidates are selected to meet business goals and priorities
Creating, managing and delivering a robust resourcing MI and KPI reporting and insight, analysing people and resourcing costs to influence decision making
Developing and delivering the onboarding programme.
To be considered you will be currently working as an Inhouse recruiter or have inhouse experience with extensive experience and proven track record of in a resourcing role. Good working knowledge of attraction strategies and proven track record in delivering strategic and operational end to end best practise recruitment.
