Because of these exciting changes we are looking to recruit driven Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our thriving business in central Newcastle.

Your new role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Hays in Newcastle, you will receive support and training to be able to complete the full 360?? Recruitment Consultant role. You'll be managing the end to end recruitment life cycle, helping both our clients and candidates achieve a lasting impact. This is a sales role, where you will nurture existing relationships as well as being proactive to chase job leads, and market out your exclusive candidates with the aim of winning new business. You will be contacting candidates with expert market knowledge, advertising roles, networking, using our market leading technology to search for candidates on our database, as well as providing consultative information to your clients.

Due to the nature of the role, you must have a full UK driving licence to be considered for a recruitment consultant position.
